  • Where is the store based?

    Liberty, MO

  • **Current Delivery Time is 3-4 weeks**

    Due to the high volume of custom orders we've received for the holiday season, any orders received after December 1 will not arrive until after January 1. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we only have four hands :)

  • Do you take custom orders?

    Yes! We welcome custom sign orders.

    BEFORE ordering, please send us a message by clicking "Contact" located in the bar on the left of the page, or by emailing us at [email protected].

    Tell us your idea for the sign, including the size you'd like, color preferences, etc. We'll work with you to come up with an estimate for the price and time frame. From there, we'll design a digital mockup for your approval before we begin work on the sign.

  • Will my sign look exactly like the one pictured?

    The short answer is, No, not exactly.

    Each one of our signs is unique and one-of a kind because of the nature of the wood they are painted on. Each one is distressed and aged a little bit differently so no two are alike.

    They're like snowflakes, only made of wood, with stuff painted on them.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Our shipping rates coincide with sign sizes, weight, etc. We try to stay pretty basic: $5, $7.50, $10, and $15.

    *Starting February 1, 2015: packages with any dimension over 24" will cost an additional $2.50.

  • I live close to Liberty. Can I just pick up my order?

    Yes! If you live in or around Liberty, MO, and would like to avoid shipping costs, let us know, and we'll do our best to arrange a pick up.

    Also, if you live in the Wathena/Troy, KS area, we can arrange something as well.

    This not only saves you the cost of shipping, it also saves us the hassle of dealing with the Post Office. Everybody wins.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most of our items are made-to-order, or custom orders. Because of this, it is difficult to determine order delivery dates. If you give us a reasonable due date, we'll get it to you on time. Our products take a little longer to make because they're completely done by hand. We take pride in the fact that we hand paint and hand letter our signs, instead of using vinyl, stencils, or transfers. They also take a little longer to make, because honestly, our baby boy is teething and doesn't give us a lot of free time :)

    If you happen to order one of the items from our shop that is already made, and we have one on-hand, it's your lucky day! Give us a day to get it all packaged up and ready to mail, and another couple days for the USPS to deliver it to you.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    No. We are currently only accepting domestic US orders at this time.
